Therefore, we do honor refund requests on the following grounds:

  • Irreparable defects or malfunctioning inherent to the product; this reason is to be submitted to our support's approval. Notwithstanding testing all our products before release unexpected errors, or "bugs", may occur.
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product by the same customer.

Failure to receive or download the product, as well as inability to install or use it due to deficient or inadequate software or hardware, or due to lack of related skills, does not constitute grounds for refund. Exceptions can only be made in case the same product is available in several formats, and only if relevant support ticket is filed within 48 hours from purchase. Operational requirements for each product are deemed read and understood before purchase. Valid email address must be provided for delivery.

Features explicity described as "BETA" does not constitute grounds for refund.

No refunds will be issued for customization services or any other programming or design work.

In case of composite products, such as toolbars, boosters or training kits, partial refunds can be considered in case any part of a product represents issues that would be grounds for refund if it were to be purchased separately.
