Use the form below to submit a cancellation request. The cancellation will be confirmed in the next 24 hours. In the case of a renewal after the cancellation request (for example, if the renewal was already in the processing queue) it will be refunded as part of the cancellation.

If you have monthly license please note that the cancellation may cause the plugin stop working after the paid period. You can check the details at the terms page.

Use of the plugin after cancellation:

- For Monthly licenses canceled before 12 months: On the last day of the billing period, the licenses will terminate and your plugin will no longer work.

- For Yearly licenses or more than 12 months in Monthly license you can still use the product on your site for as long as you like but you can no longer access the file for download or receive support or updates for the product.

- For Lifetime licenses: The Lifetime licenses are one-time payment and grants you access to unlimited updates and support for the website registered with the license ID.
